All of our MREs (meals ready to eat) are manufactured in the United States of America and our plants are USDA/FSIS, as well as FDA approved. We manufactured our meals under strict quality control using HACCP regulations which ensures quality control that meet the highest standards in the food industry.

We are a senior and trusted supplier to many private organizations around the world. In the U.S., we are proud to be a certified supplier of emergency rations for the DoD/DLA, Defense Supply Center Philadelphia.

MRESTAR utilizes fully automated equipment for cooking, mixing, filling, sealing and the retort of food pouches, which guarantee the best quality control.

Additionally, our strict adherence to USDA regulations in the formulation process enables us to expedite the approval process of each of our recipes—resulting in faster approval by the USDA/FSIS.

At MRESTAR, we have the capacity to manufacture high volumes of meals on a daily basis, we are equipped to operate 24/7 in an emergency situation, and have the logistics resources to air-drop meals in any part of the world, in a short period of time. In addition, we have the logistics to issue the necessary export documentations when required by the foreign countries.
